We accomplish these goals as consultants, project managers and joint venture partners from conceptualization to operation. We provide expertise in environmental planning and economics, entitlement, real estate services and applied information technologies.

The Selva Partners are Gregory Vail, Oscar Uranga and Baohan Wu. We have a diversity of cultural and professional backgrounds with American, Spanish, Mexican and Chinese heritage. We are also influenced by the cultures and traditions of Indonesia and south Asia and by extended sojourns and travel throughout Europe, notably Italy and the United Kingdom.

We arrived at our present professional pursuits from various disciplines: landscape architecture and environmental planning, geography, software programming, economics, finance and real estate. We believe that these combinations of culture and experience are vital to successful navigation in an inter-connected world.

We have served as consultant, client, investor, owner, manager, facilitator, applicant and municipal decision-maker.
